Would you like to deepen your psychological expertise in clinical practice and gain diverse experience in psychotherapy, diagnostics, and interprofessional collaboration? At the Clinical Psychological Service (CPD) of the University Psychiatric Centre (UPC) Bern, you will find versatile postgraduate positions in various clinical and specialised units such as outpatient clinics and consultations, ambulatory services, crisis intervention centre, psychotherapy unit, inpatient acute unit, day clinic, community psychiatric centre, research, and specialised programmes for psychosis, addiction, depression, and sleep. You will work with patients from a broad diagnostic spectrum, take on increasing responsibility in psychotherapeutic treatment, and expand your skills in psychological diagnostics. Depending on your interest, there is also the opportunity to participate in research projects. Thus, the UPC offers you a challenging environment where you can practically deepen your ongoing psychotherapy training and purposefully advance your professional development.
Your Tasks
- You work psychologically with patients from a broad diagnostic spectrum
- You conduct individual, couple, and family therapies
- You lead group psychotherapies as a therapist or co-therapist
- You perform psychometric assessments and expert reports on various issues
- You collaborate closely with different professional groups in an interprofessional treatment team
- Depending on interest and opportunity, you participate in research projects
Your Profile
- You hold a university degree in psychology, preferably with specialisations in psychotherapy, clinical psychology, psychopathology, or neuropsychology
- You are currently undergoing psychotherapy training (please be sure to include proof with your application documents) or have already completed it
- You possess high social competence and are characterised by reliability
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
