As part of a replacement, the teaching and student affairs service of the HEC Faculty "SEAE" is looking for a
Master Manager: registration, examination and regulations.
Job Information
Start date: 01.09.2026 or to be agreed
Contract duration: indefinite
Work rate: 70% permanent contract, 10 to 30% fixed-term contract
Workplace: Lausanne Chamberonne District
Your Activities
The SEAE's mission is to manage students and teaching programmes of the Faculty administratively and in a fair, equitable and consistent manner, particularly regarding regulations, study plans, admissions, examinations and appeals.
Your main tasks will be:
For the Master programme
• Plan, organise and coordinate 3 examination sessions for the Master programmes;
• Guide students on university, faculty and programme regulations;
• Administratively manage student files;
• Handle appeals for the Master programmes;
• Support the development of the SEAE.
For the Bachelor programme
• Ensure the organisation and logistics of the Bachelor student welcome days;
• Coordinate and support the teachers involved in the welcome days;
• Communicate with the relevant stakeholders.
Your Profile
You are an organised person with an excellent sense of planning and prioritisation. You stand out for your listening skills, communication qualities and client orientation.
We are looking for the following profile:
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training,
• Excellent command of French and English (level C1),
• Experience in administration or executive secretariat, ideally in an academic or training environment,
• Analytical and synthesis skills and comfortable with change,
• Very good command of MS Office tools and ease with digital tools (SylviaAcad and Teams an asset),
• Open-mindedness, positivity and team spirit.
