Activation Specialist LeA (40% to 50%)
Specialist Care EFZ
Activation Specialist HF

Location Koppigen and Kirchberg

Tasks

• Everyday design, care and promotion of residents in individual and group activities in the residential areas and activation rooms
• Support in the protected living area with the catering of residents
• Implementation of resource-oriented measures taking into account the interests, abilities and autonomy of the residents
• Collaboration in the organisation and implementation of events, festivals and customs throughout the year
• Motivated and committed work and active interdisciplinary cooperation

Your strengths

• Secondary level education (EFZ / LeA)
• Experience in the field of activation and care is an advantage
• Warmth and empathy for care-dependent and nursing-dependent, mostly elderly people
• Independent and responsible way of working
• High social competence and enjoyment of active and constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good PC MS Office skills and very good German language skills
