About the job

The Lebensart Foundation offers both employees and external families an in-house daycare centre in very spacious and bright premises at the Bärau location. Our flexible offer is especially aimed at parents with irregular working hours or shift work.

We provide children with a place where they can be children, receive loving care, and gain experiences in a warm atmosphere.

Childcare Specialist

• You accompany and care for a mixed-age group of children and actively help structure and organise the daily group routine
• You independently and reliably take on assigned tasks and responsibilities and help ensure the implementation of all concepts
• You maintain a respectful and trusting contact with parents

• You are a sensitive and confident specialist with appropriate training
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and can set priorities effectively

• You will experience spontaneous encounters with people of different ages and with disabilities
• We are a well-coordinated and humorous team working with a lot of heart
