Own service vehicle | Lots of independence | Family team

Since 1973, we have been the contact for sales, service and repairs of household appliances in the Zurich Oberland. With around 16 employees, short decision-making paths and long-standing partnerships with leading manufacturers, we are one of the established specialist companies in the region.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement as:

Service Technician Household Appliances 80–100% (m/f)

Your tasks

• Independent repair, maintenance and overhaul of household appliances of all common brands
• Fault diagnosis on site at the customer
• Preparation of cost estimates, quotations and meaningful service reports
• You recognise economic repair limits and competently advise our customers on sensible replacement solutions
• Organisation and management of your spare parts, tools and consumables
• Clarification of installation, assembly and connection options for our assembly team
• Independent use and care of your modern service vehicle

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training (e.g. electrician, plumber, carpenter, automation technician or comparable)
• Experience in the field of household appliances or customer service
• Possession of the NIV permit Art. 15
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Professional appearance and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Additional language skills are an advantage
