For the continuation of demanding mandates and the professional development of our service portfolio, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded specialist in work and organisational psychology from 1 November 2026.
Your tasks
You will take professional responsibility in existing mandates and further develop scientifically sound and practical offerings together with our interdisciplinary team.
Your tasks include:
- Managing existing offerings in the area of prevention and workplace health management (WHM)
- Providing professional support for services and digital tools
- Professionally testing technical implementations and formulating development requirements
- Conducting training and qualifying specialists
- Coordinating customer concerns and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Participating in evaluations, quality assurance, and impact models
- Developing and reviewing survey instruments and quality criteria
- Collecting, analysing, and clearly preparing quantitative and qualitative data
- Managing existing clients
- Acquiring new mandates and preparing offers
Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of new offerings related to current changes in the world of work. You will address how organisations, tasks, processes, and working conditions can be designed effectively and responsibly.
Your profile
You bring:
- a university degree in health or work and organisational psychology
- several years of experience in consulting, organisational development, and workplace health
- experience with quantitative and qualitative surveys
- the ability to derive clear and practical recommendations from data
- experience in leading or professionally managing complex projects
- interest in digital working environments and organisational change processes
- enjoyment in client work, acquisition, offers, and interest in developing new services
- very good German skills as well as good French skills
- You combine scientific rigour with pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking. You enjoy engaging with new questions and can develop concrete, convincing offers from client needs
