Perfect, then we offer you the following position as a new challenge starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement: Main tasks • Leading the team with three employees • Organizing order processing (ensuring smooth internal processes) • Implementing optimal customer service • Independently handling orders in close cooperation with logistics and production (and possibly other departments) • Telephone customer support and advice in German, French, and English (export) • Handling export orders in English including preparation of all documents • Performing all administrative aspects of the order-to-cash process in SAP • Customer consulting in case of problems or complaints as well as corresponding solution finding in oral and written form • Sending invoices • Administrative responsibility for customer master data in SAP • Contact person for the sales field service and sales manager Your profile • You are an open, communicative personality characterized by an independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working • You enjoy working in a small team and take responsibility for your area • You are a team player, solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and have a high level of commitment and a hands-on mentality • You like a lively environment and contacts with customers and field sales staff • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position, preferably in a food company • Completed commercial or equivalent training • Very good knowledge of German, French, and English • Very good PC user skills (MS Office, SAP, CRM) We offer • A varied and responsible activity in a dynamic working environment • Modern IT infrastructure • The opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape processes • Attractive remuneration and social benefits • Training opportunities for personal and professional development Special At our company, quality and entrepreneurial action come first.
