About the job

- Contract: Fixed-term hourly contract until 31.01.2027 with possibility of permanent contract thereafter
- Activity rate: between 40 and 60%
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Workplace: Nyon

Your mission:
 Develop hypotheses to understand the cognitive and psycho-affective functioning of the child
o Observation in class and individually during the internship and participation in the assessment of needs for admission.
o Clinical observations in class and individually during schooling.
o Cognitive and psycho-affective assessments
o Collection of anamnesis elements from parents and various partners
 Participate in the coordination of the psycho-social intervention network
o Participation in the admission process
o Establish and maintain contacts with the network, particularly psycho-social interveners
 Implement occasional or regular therapeutic interventions to support children’s development
o Regular interventions in class in the form of observations or workshop facilitation with the teacher
o Co-facilitation of interdisciplinary therapeutic groups
o Setting up therapeutic groups as possible (psychodrama, DDCP, etc.)
o Occasional individual support for certain children
 during particular events
 in preparation for therapy outside
 upon request of the child, their parents or the team


 Provide support to team interveners and parents
o Active participation in summaries and networks
o Participation in meetings with parents
o Interviews and guidance
o Support families in external procedures (psychotherapy, orientation and admission to another structure).

Required profile:
- Master’s degree in psychology
- Specialisation in clinical psychology and/or child-adolescent psychology
- Knowledge and interest in learning disorders (ASD, ADHD etc.)
- Minimum 4 years of professional practice
- Interest in teamwork
- Experience with cognitive and psycho-affective assessments
- Interest in family support and network practice
- Dual psychodynamic and systemic perspective would be a plus
- Adaptability, initiative and creativity
- Interpersonal skills and ease in writing
