Due to the retirement of the current institution director, we are looking for a committed, strong leadership personality as institution director from November 1, 2026, or by agreement.
As institution director, you bear overall responsibility for the operational management of the foundation. In close cooperation with the management team members and the board of trustees, you ensure the effective further development of the Egnach Foundation and reliable implementation of the set goals.
You move confidently in the tension field between professional quality, economic requirements, developments in the environment, and the individual needs of the clients.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for leadership, organization, finances, and further development of the foundation
- Responsibility for the impact-oriented implementation of the set goals
- Ensuring high-quality care with economic stability
- Leadership, promotion, and development of the management team and executives
- Responsibility for budget, controlling, finance, and accounting
- Further development of structures, processes, and quality management
- Active networking and professional representation of interests towards authorities, partners, and the public
- Direct leadership and responsibility for the services area within the management team
- Clear, appreciative, and binding communication internally and externally
Your profile
- Solid business administration education at tertiary level with very good knowledge in finance and accounting
- Good understanding of the framework conditions in social and/or healthcare
- Several years of leadership experience in complex organizations, ideally in the social or healthcare sector
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with high implementation competence
- Enjoyment of leadership, organizational development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Integrative, reflective personality with high social competence and resilience
- Openness and enthusiasm for innovation, change, and continuous learning
What to expect from us
- A responsible and meaningful leadership role with scope for design
- Professional and cooperative collaboration with a committed management team, qualified specialists, and a supportive board of trustees
- Contemporary and attractive employment conditions and good compatibility of work and private life
