We are strengthening our team! In this role as Sales Assistant, you have the opportunity to significantly support the internal sales team at our Bern office.

Sales Assistant 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you achieve

• You coordinate maintenance inspections and renewals (modernisations) across all product lines.
• You prepare the annual system overview for upcoming maintenance inspections and renewals.
• You prepare quotations and advise our customers until order placement (SAP).
• You assist with the processing of tenders.
  You post quotations and record order confirmations.
• You create and send information and discontinuation letters for our system park according to our lifecycle management strategy.
• You take on various administrative tasks in internal sales.
• Your commitment ensures high customer satisfaction and you inspire with your actions.

What you bring

• Your commercial or electrical basic training (e.g. commercial clerk EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, or similar) provides the ideal foundation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP CRM complete your profile.
• Experience in internal sales, customer consulting, or administration is a valuable plus.
• You work independently, think proactively, and convince with a reliable and flexible working style that our customers can depend on.
• With your confident German and good spoken French skills, you communicate securely and professionally.
• A strong service and customer orientation as well as pronounced planning and organisational skills characterise you.
