Your profile
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Young motivated student looking for a summer job (employment contract according to Swiss law).
- You are well-presented and conscientious in your work.
- You enjoy contact with people.
- You speak French fluently; knowledge of English and/or German is an asset.
- You have a good knowledge of common computer tools.
- A passion for local history would be an advantage.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for opening and closing the Museum premises.
- You will welcome Museum visitors and facilitate group visits in collaboration with the visitors of the Castle gallery and the Perles du Lac manufacture.
- You will perform administrative tasks, usual correspondence, and data entry into the database of the Valais Association of Museums (AVM).
- You will ensure that the spaces remain tidy and welcoming.

You are available
- The 4 weekends of June
- The months of July and August
- The 4 weekends of September
- Weekends and the 7-day summer opening will be shared between two to three people, with a rotation every 5 days in July and August. A schedule will be established at the end of May in agreement with the selected candidates. You will also receive training on evacuation measures.
- Hours from 1:45 pm to 5:30 pm
