Your Tasks

• Independent, interdisciplinary and risk-oriented management of penal and measures enforcement
• Decision on the appropriate enforcement facility as well as on enforcement relaxations (closed/open enforcement, outings, leaves, work alternates, residential and work alternates as well as conditional releases)
• Conducting hearings of the admitted persons and participation in enforcement coordination and site meetings in enforcement facilities
• Contact person for admitted persons regarding questions and concerns about enforcement
• Drafting applications to courts and statements in appeal proceedings
• Collaboration in quality assurance and projects

Your Profile

• University degree in law (MLaw), preferably with professional experience in the enforcement of sentences, at the court, in prosecution, in the legal profession or in administration
• Discreet and resilient personality
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Professional handling of convicted persons and interest in participation as well as in the further development of the enforcement of sentences
