What your daily routine looks like
- You organise and coordinate the daily care on your ward as the person responsible for the day.
- You work closely with the medical service of Wil Hospital as well as interprofessional specialists.
- You are responsible for the entire nursing process – from planning through implementation to evaluation.
- You support relatives and consciously and professionally shape relationship care.
- You promote learners and students in the demanding daily nursing routine.
