Legal Assistant / Legal Officer Land Registry Office
Exciting tasks await:
- Supporting the site management in the professional area of land registry management
- Checking the registered land registry transactions and ensuring their execution in the Capitastra land registry IT system
- Assessing land registry duties and fees
- Issuing supplementary letters and drafting rejection orders
- Providing oral and written information from the land registry area
- Participating in internal training and further education in property law and other legal fields
- Collaborating on land registry management projects
What you bring:
- Completed legal studies (Master, lic. iur.)
- Practical experience in notarial and land registry matters is an advantage
- Independent, precise and goal-oriented working style
- Good and precise communication skills

Your working environment
In the Division of Registry and Civil Status we are committed to legal certainty in the areas of commercial register, land registry, surveying and civil status.
The land registry offices in the canton of Aargau are located in Baden, Laufenburg, Wohlen and Zofingen. They are responsible for the formal and substantive examination of registered legal transactions and execute them in the land registry.
