To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a
IT System Engineer (m/f/d | 80 - 100%)
Exciting, challenging, and varied - your tasks
- Support and further development of our system environment, including clients, printers, servers, network, Azure, M365, SaaS solutions, backup, etc.
- Performing 1st and 2nd level support at the Duggingen and Herten, Germany locations
- Design of the IT system architecture
- Coordination of external service providers
- Apprentice supervision of up to two apprentices
- Co-responsible for IT security
- Documentation of the system landscape and processes
- Close cooperation with the specialist departments within the company
- Management of projects and continuous improvement processes
Passionate about support - your profile
- You have a solid IT education (IT specialist EFZ platform development, system technology or similar)
- Extensive experience in 1st and 2nd level support and server infrastructure
- Proven experience with Microsoft Client and Windows Server, M365 Cloud (Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, etc.), Veeam, VMWare, and basic network knowledge
- You enjoy working independently, have a structured working style as well as interconnected and analytical thinking
- You are a flexible and solution-oriented personality with an understanding of our internal customer needs, business, and administrative processes
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
- Driver's license category B
