An experienced individual is sought for a versatile IT environment who will take responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the IT landscape. The position combines system administration, application management, and coordination of external IT partners.
As a central interface between departments, IT, and external service providers, you will accompany projects, optimise processes, and ensure reliable support of the deployed systems. Initiative and a pronounced hands-on mentality are required.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for operation, administration, and further development of the IT system landscape
Support and optimisation of applications, IT tools, and interfaces
Coordination of external IT partners and ensuring 2nd-level support
Planning and implementation of IT and organisational projects
Creation and maintenance of system, process, and IT documentation as well as hardware management
Support and training of employees as well as mediation between business, IT, and external partners
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the IT environment, ideally in application management within an SME or production environment
Experience with ERP systems as well as a good understanding of applications, interfaces, data flows, and business processes
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and server administration
Knowledge of CRM, production, or infrastructure processes is an advantage
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as very good German skills and good French skills
