Your field of activity

You work on projects in the area of reorganisation of (paper) files and archival indexing in the Bern-Thun area. This includes:

• Creating the physical order as well as repackaging and cataloguing the documents in archival information systems
• Scanning and indexing of analogue and digital documents
• Software-supported further processing of the scanned documents

What you bring

• You are an upbeat, performance-oriented person and eager to engage in the transition from the analogue to the digital world;
• Training or professional experience in the I+D field is an advantage, eager career changers are also welcome;
• You are skilled in using digital tools and can concentrate well, so you reliably complete repetitive processes;
• You are willing to work flexibly in terms of time and location if needed (greater Bern-Thun area);
• You have fluent written and spoken German, additional language skills are an advantage
