Your Tasks
- In your role as a nursing specialist, you ensure residents receive trustworthy and professional care and support (during the night shift)
- You promptly recognise emergency situations and handle them competently
- During the night, you provide attentive and needs-oriented care and coordinate the tasks of the small night team appropriately
- With your patient, warm-hearted manner, you convey security and comfort to the residents
- You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the nursing team
- You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation
Your Profile
- Training as a certified nursing specialist FAGE/HF or equivalent recognition
- Experience in night shifts
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible, and accustomed to working independently
- A daily smile for our residents and a pinch of humour
