Your tasks
- Acquisition and management of applied research, development, or service projects in the field of social planning, social management, and social policy, particularly advising cantons, municipalities, and social organizations in the design of social policy action areas
- Teaching activities in the training and further education of professionals in social work
- Collaboration in the competence center for organization of social affairs and social participation
Your profile
- Master's degree in social work, social sciences (dissertation is an advantage) or proven expertise and practical experience in the design of social care (e.g., at a municipal or cantonal specialist office with development and planning tasks)
- At least 3 years of professional experience outside of universities and good networking in the field
- Solid knowledge in the area of social planning, social policy, and/or social management as well as the Swiss social system
- Experience in project management, successful acquisition and implementation of research, service, or practical projects
- Digital and didactic skills and teaching experience at the university level
- Self-responsibility, commitment, communication, and teamwork skills
