UI/UX Specialist Webmaster (m/f) 80-100%

Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.

As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.

To strengthen our Digital Marketing team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a UI/UX Specialist Webmaster (m/f).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of digital projects in collaboration with digital, IT, marketing and business teams
• Ensure, in partnership with the digital project manager, the webmastering of the Centre Patronal’s websites: creation and updating of content, images, PDFs, forms, banners, links, etc.
• Contribute to the implementation of the strategy and SEO optimisation, monitor performance and report on the sites
• Propose recommendations to improve UX/UI, user journeys and conversion, and conduct A/B testing
• Guarantee the quality, updating and consistency of content with the brand identity and brand guidelines
• Coordinate with IT for site developments and modifications
• Occasionally provide support for the digital projects of the Bern team

Your profile

• Training in communication, digital marketing, IT or a similar field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with solid experience in webmastering, UX/UI and digital projects
• Excellent writing skills and ease with managing web content
• Proficiency with CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Typo3) and good knowledge of SEO (Google Search Console, Business Profile, Ahrefs)
• Proficiency with design and visual creation tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
• Very good level of English (minimum B2); German is an asset
• Team spirit, good interpersonal skills and proactive attitude
• Interest in the business world and/or training
