To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Employee in Export Processing (m/f/d) who reliably coordinates our export processes and ensures smooth and timely handling of our international shipments.

Your Tasks

Export Processing and Transport Organisation

• Independent handling of export orders from order entry to shipping
• Organisation, coordination and monitoring of national and international transports
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery
• Communication and coordination with customers, freight forwarders, customs agents and internal departments

Customs and Foreign Trade

• Preparation and verification of export declarations and relevant export documents
• Ensuring compliance with applicable customs, foreign trade and export control regulations
• Checking country-specific requirements as well as applicable embargo and sanction regulations
• Maintenance of commodity codes and certificates of origin
• Processing preference certificates, such as EUR.1 and supplier declarations

Document Management and Customer Support

• Preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents
• Verification, management and archiving of export-relevant documents
• Support of international customers with export-related questions
• Handling enquiries, complaints and special transports
• Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, production and accounting

Process Optimisation and Quality Assurance

• Maintenance of export-relevant master data and ensuring high data quality
• Support during internal and external audits as well as customs inspections
• Identification and implementation of optimisation potential in export and logistics processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk
• Professional experience in export processing or international logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law as well as an understanding of international shipping processes
• Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• A structured, careful and independent way of working
• Organisational skills, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high customer orientation
• Initiative, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset
