Your tasks
- In the day clinic setting, you will take on psychotherapeutic assessment, treatment and counselling of patients and their relatives in individual and group settings.
- Individual and multi-person conversations as well as conducting various psychotherapeutic group offers are part of your diverse tasks in the area of activity.
- For individually tailored treatment, you coordinate treatment processes, plan therapies and carry out psychometric assessments.
- You actively participate in reports, case discussions and training sessions and maintain regular professional exchange with other practitioners.
- With your ideas and expertise, you contribute to the further development of a modern, evidence-based and versatile psychotherapeutic offering.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your psychology degree and already have experience in inpatient adult psychiatry.
- You have already completed or will soon complete your federally recognised psychotherapy training.
- You hold a professional practice licence for psychotherapy in the canton of St. Gallen or meet the requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
- You are characterised by an interest in day clinic and interdisciplinary treatment as well as a consistent focus on the individual needs of patients and relatives.
- You appreciate interprofessional collaboration, short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies and actively contribute to everyday work with initiative and a sense of responsibility.
Your salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between CHF 109,000 and CHF 159,000 per year.

First day at work
On the first day, you will be onboarded in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
