About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and about 3,200 students. The Dietikon school comprises six school units and continuously develops its educational offerings.
The Stierenmatt school unit is a small and manageable school in the growing Limmatfeld district. Around 200 children attend the four kindergartens and nine primary classes. The school is run as a full-day school and combines teaching, care, and joint learning in everyday life. A central educational element is age-mixed learning (AdL), which shapes the school day and opens up diverse learning and development opportunities for the children. The committed team shapes the school with great motivation and much educational dedication. After a turbulent phase, the focus is now consciously directed forward: structures, cooperation, and common goals are to be strengthened and the initiated developments transferred into a stable and sustainable orientation.
For the leadership of the school unit, we are looking for an experienced and strong leadership personality as of August 1, 2026 or by agreement
