Go4HR is exclusively recruiting for Beerstecher AG, Dübendorf an experienced individual as HR Administration & Payroll Employee 80–100%, who wants to combine administration and payroll and enjoys keeping an overview in a diverse, family-like environment. Start date immediate or by arrangement.

These are your tasks:

• You ensure that entries/exits and other HR processes are implemented cleanly and on time
• You are the first point of contact for employees on HR questions and ensure that HR concerns are received personally and solution-oriented (HR counter)
• You take care of the administration around staff accommodation and keys at various locations
• You take over ongoing personnel administration including permits, social insurances as well as health and accident notifications
• You are responsible for your own group of people in payroll processing and carry this out independently in cooperation with the payroll management
• You maintain and organise personnel files and ensure a clear document filing system
• You are the deputy for the payroll manager and support with short-term queries
• You assist with internal events and take on other varied HR tasks that arise in day-to-day business and that you want to grow with

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR role and bring a solid and experienced HR background accordingly
• Payroll is no new territory for you: ideally, you have already processed salaries independently (at least payroll preparation) and are familiar with relevant social insurance and payroll topics
• Experience with SwissSalary is a big plus
• You work very precisely, discreetly and reliably and handle confidential personnel data with confidence
• You are organisationally strong, can structure yourself well and keep an overview even with several parallel topics
• You communicate confidently in German and have English skills at least at B1 level, further languages are welcome
• You enjoy working with people from different cultures and meet various personalities openly and respectfully
• You are a positive-thinking, resilient and robust personality who remains calm and professional even in demanding situations
