Your Tasks
- Technical, personnel and organisational management of the HVAC staff
- Ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and timely order processing
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, servicing and repair assignments
- Responsibility for deployment planning, resource management and budget control
- Supporting sales in calculation, offer preparation and customer advice
- Continuous process optimisation in the service business as well as introduction of digital tools and modern working methods
- Technical and economic responsibility for the entire HVAC service area
- Training and further development of service employees, promotion of motivation and team spirit
- Close cooperation with project management, customer service and executive management
Your Profile
- Completed training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning or building technology (e.g. building services planner, service technician, master craftsman, technician or engineer FH/HF)
- Several years of experience in the HVAC service business as well as leadership experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of plant operation, control technology, hydraulics and energy efficiency
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and a pronounced quality awareness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Confident handling of modern IT systems (ERP, MS Office, mobile service tools)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
