With two coffeehouses in District 1, a bakery in District 3 and our production facility in Zurich Binz, we supply our guests daily with freshly baked delicacies, homemade dishes and high-quality coffee.

For our production, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual who will share responsibility with the production management and lead our team with heart and expertise.

YOUR TASKS

• Leading a team of 5-6 employees in the pastry department
• Planning, controlling and monitoring the daily pastry production
• Working in production as a professional role model
• Ensuring product quality, appearance and consistency according to Babu's standards
• Contributing to deployment, production and order planning
• Actively participating in the development of products, recipes and processes
• Ensuring compliance with and monitoring hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Training and promoting team members

WHAT YOU BRING

• A completed apprenticeship as a baker-pastry chef or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production (at least 3 years), ideally some time in a leadership role
• Organisational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and a high quality standard
• A confident, appreciative leadership personality who keeps an overview even in hectic moments
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety
• Passion for good food and good coffee as well as identification with Babu's and our products
• Fluent German and English skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and early shifts
