D2 Private Ward with a focus on Psychotherapy
The therapy offered on this private ward is aimed at patients with depression, burnout and stress crises, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, sleep disorders, as well as psychosomatic complaints. In addition to high therapeutic treatment quality, with a focus on psychotherapeutic offerings, patients are provided with a courteous and well-maintained atmosphere. The therapy spectrum also includes, alongside occupational and physiotherapy, complementary medical offerings as well as psychosocial tasks. Our patients are cared for in close collaboration with the case therapist within the key worker system. The atmosphere on the ward is characterised by a respectful attitude and the careful nurturing of interpersonal relationships.
Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for nursing development and quality control
- Support of the ward management in leadership tasks
- Representation of the ward management during their absence
- Participation in specialist working groups and projects
- Individual care and support of patients and contact with relatives within the framework of key worker duties and in consultation with the core team
- Conducting individual conversations, group sessions, and reports
- Coordination and planning of treatment within the interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
- Support of patients in crisis situations
Your Profile
For this exciting role, you bring a nursing qualification at HF / FH level and professional experience in psychiatric nursing. Are you interested in further training in leadership tasks and developing the ward together with the management?
Do you enjoy working in a special area where customer orientation is lived? Variety and changing situations are a challenge for you and you enjoy them?
You are also an open, communicative, and present personality and are willing to continue your education continuously? Then you are exactly right on D2.
