Become part of our team as ICT System Engineer & Technical Account Manager Microsoft Hybrid Cloud (m/f/d) 80–100%!

You will technically manage 10–15 Swiss SMEs end-to-end – project, operation, consulting. Microsoft-focused, Hybrid Cloud. Hands-on, no sales suit.

Your role:

You are the technical trusted advisor for your SME clients, from the managing director to the power user. You understand their environment, plan the next steps with them, and implement these yourself. Not just ticket processing, but real responsibility for your clients.

Specifically, this means:

• You manage a fixed customer base of around 10–15 SMEs – you know their setup, their people, and their plans
• You plan and implement projects yourself: migrations (On-Prem → Azure / M365), hybrid cloud setups, modern workplace, security hardening
• You advise on equal footing – technically sound, but explained so that the user understands
• You work in a team with our solution architects, engineering and service operation teams
• Escalations from the service operation team come to you – you solve what 2nd level can no longer handle

Our tech stack (what you really work with):

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender)
• Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Hybrid Identity)
• Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure Arc, hybrid scenarios)
• Hyper-V + Veeam Backup & Replication
• Windows Server (AD DS, GPO, File Services, RDS)
• Network basics: firewall, VPN, WLAN

What you bring:

Must-have:

• Several years of experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment – you have implemented projects yourself, not just accompanied them
• Solid knowledge in M365, Entra ID, Azure and classic Windows Server world
• Hyper-V and backup concepts (Veeam or similar) are familiar to you
• You understand Swiss German – our clients speak dialect. You can respond in standard German
• You enjoy direct customer contact and have a flair for it
• You know the requirements of SMEs

Nice-to-have:

• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-800) – if not, you will obtain them with us
• Experience in the service provider/MSP environment
