Area of responsibility
- Purchasing administration: Independent handling of administrative purchasing processes in an international environment
- Order management: Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates as well as communication with suppliers
- Interface function: Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g. purchasing, logistics) as well as international suppliers
- Master data management: Maintenance and management of article and supplier master data in SAP
- Administration: Support of the Global Sourcing team with organisational and administrative tasks
- Travel activity: Occasional international travel to support purchasers at trade fairs and supplier visits

Profile
- Education: Completed commercial basic training
- Experience: Initial professional experience in purchasing or in an international environment is an advantage
- IT skills: Sound user knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) as well as SAP
- Languages: Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (mandatory)
- Mobility: Willingness to travel
