LANDI Bolligen is an agricultural cooperative with 42 members. We were founded in 1890 and are now active in the Bolligen region. In addition to agriculture, retail and energy are among our core businesses.
For our LANDI, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded personality as Managing Director (m/f/d) 80 – 100%, who connects people, drives projects forward and actively shapes the further development of our company.

These tasks will inspire you
- Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of LANDI
- Leadership, promotion and development of employees
- Ensuring professional and appreciative communication with employees, customers, authorities, cooperative members and business partners
- Planning, management and implementation of projects in the areas of infrastructure, organisation and corporate development
- Responsibility for real estate and location issues, further development and investment planning
- Maintenance and expansion of regional networks and partnerships
- Ensuring efficient processes and a high quality of service
We look forward to this profile
- Completed higher education or further training with solid professional experience in commercial, business or agricultural environment
- Leadership experience, ideally in retail, real estate or a related field
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a solution- and practice-oriented working style
- High personal responsibility, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Appreciation for agricultural production as well as closeness to farmers
- Strong communication skills and high social competence
- Experience in managing and implementing projects
- Knowledge in real estate management, construction, maintenance or development projects is an advantage
