What is my role?

• Monitoring service quality in sea and air freight

• Initiating corrective measures

• Conducting partner reviews

• Supporting transport planning and change management

• Resolving operational issues in day-to-day business

• Coordinating shipment transparency

• Holistic view of international logistics processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Degree in logistics/transport with relevant experience, or vocational training in transport or forwarding with 1-3 years of experience in coordinating international shipments

• Further training as a logistics specialist required

• Knowledge of transport management or ERP systems

• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international transport and road transport

• Strong organisational skills and communication abilities

• Problem-solving competence and high accuracy

• Good time management

• German and English language skills
