You ensure that our properties run technically flawlessly, safely, and efficiently. In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for the operational management of technical building management, coordinate disruptions, maintenance, and projects, and ensure sustainable system operation.

Your main tasks:

- You are the central hub for the operational management of technical building management and coordinate all measures across multiple properties
- You control and monitor disruption, maintenance, and repair processes – from ticket acceptance through prioritization to billing
- You plan, coordinate, and accompany inspections, maintenance, and technical projects such as conversions and renovations
- You commission, coordinate, and lead internal service providers and external third-party companies and ensure quality, deadlines, and costs
- You ensure seamless technical documentation, maintain object and system data, and report additional services
- You analyze disruptions and operational data, derive optimizations, and ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable system operation while complying with all safety and HSE guidelines

Your profile:

- You have completed a basic technical education, ideally as an electrician or in the HVAC field
- You bring broad technical all-rounder skills and like to think holistically
- You have at least 3–5 years of experience in a comparable role in technical building management
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- You are willing to be on call and work outside regular business hours
- You have a valid category B driving license
