About the job
With the introduction of our new system generation, we accompany compensation funds in Switzerland and Liechtenstein on their path to the digital future.
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) at senior level, you take overall responsibility for the implementation of information systems at compensation funds. You manage implementation projects from planning through execution to successful commissioning and are the central contact person for customers, programme teams and stakeholders. With your organisational talent, stakeholder management and project experience, you ensure that complex undertakings are successfully introduced to our customers.
What you achieve
Project responsibility & management
You take overall responsibility for the introduction of our system solution at a compensation fund and manage the project through all phases – from planning to successful stabilisation after go-live.
You plan and coordinate central activities, keep an eye on milestones, risks and dependencies, and ensure targeted implementation.
You ensure that the implementation is optimally embedded in the overarching programme planning and is synchronised with other implementation projects.
Requirements & gap management
You understand the specific requirements of our customers and ensure that these are effectively integrated into the programme and solution concepts.
You moderate workshops with customers, product management, migration and other stakeholders and develop viable solutions for identified gaps.
You assess change requests, create transparency regarding impacts and support prioritisation within the overall programme.
Collaboration & implementation
You accompany and support the project management on the customer side as a trusted sparring partner.
You coordinate the preparation of test activities and ensure together with the specialist departments that all parties involved are optimally prepared for the implementation.
You confidently guide customers and project teams through UAT, go-live and hypercare and contribute significantly to the successful transition to productive operation.
Why you succeed
Thanks to your higher education (HF/FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field, you have a solid professional foundation.
You have successfully managed complex projects for several years and ideally have already taken on leadership responsibility.
With your organisational skills, structured approach and solution-oriented mindset, you keep an overview even in demanding situations.
You can convey complex matters understandably and tailor them to different target groups.
Your strong communication skills and confident manner help you bring together different interests.
A certification in a project management methodology such as HERMES, PMI or IPMA ideally rounds off your profile.
You are familiar with agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
