About the job
What is my function?
-
Handle incoming trade sheets, verify data against contract confirmations from third parties and group companies for purchase and sales

Process amendment requests ensuring details match with contract counterparties
-
Verify price fixations for purchase and sales against counterpart confirmations
-
Manage data entries and allocation management in COMTRAS system (varies by region)
-
Coordinate all shipment-related correspondence between mandators, group companies and third parties
-
Monitor shipping advice and ensure proper data entry in COMTRAS
-
Verify all required shipping documents are received and filed in DocuWare
-
Ensure purchase invoices are received, checked and processed for payment
-
Issue sales invoices to group companies and third parties on time, monitor incoming payments
-
Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve missing shipping documents
-
Handle weight claims and other claims in collaboration with origin companies
-
Manage special certification documents (Organic, Rainforest, Fairtrade FLO/USA, group certifications), ensure timely receipt, proper filing and forwarding to customers via required platforms
-
Track and verify logistics costs including freight, inland transport and storage for accurate billing and cost allocation
-
Support month-end closing by ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of trade transactions, prepare reports for accounting and compliance requirements
