Your tasks
- Research: Your research focus is on the development of accessible, reliable, and collaborative AI in the legal field. Specifically, the BRIDGE program-funded project you will work on aims to support disadvantaged population groups in accessing justice. In close collaboration with the project team and Caritas Switzerland, you will develop, validate, and implement legal artificial intelligence tools aimed at Caritas legal advisors as well as laypersons.
- Team support: Supporting and mentoring doctoral candidates with publications as well as assisting the project team with publications, presentations, and teaching activities.
- Networking: Building an academic network to enable your next career step in academia.

Your profile
- Strong interest in the field of Legal AI, Legal Technology, and the practical implementation of legal automation.
- PhD in Law and Technology or related disciplines.
- Team-oriented personality with a reliable work ethic and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Preferred: good German or French skills, both written and spoken.
