Then this position could be just right for you.
In your role, you will work closely with global category teams, regional stakeholders, and various internal functions to create sustainable added value and ensure supply security.
What tasks will you undertake?
You will:

- implement category strategies for electronic components in your region in close coordination with global teams and responsible parties.
- build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at regional and global levels to understand business requirements and ensure acceptance of strategies.
- develop and manage strategic supplier portfolios, including selection, qualification, negotiations, contract management, and performance monitoring.
- take responsibility for supplier performance in your region, particularly regarding supply security, quality, costs, sustainability, and delivery reliability.
- drive supplier development programmes and optimisation projects along the supply chain, for example concerning costs, lean management, inventories, or digitalisation, as well as escalate and sustainably resolve delivery and quality issues with suppliers.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a completed degree or comparable qualification in a technical, commercial, or supply chain environment and bring at least 10 years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally in the electronics or technical sector.
- possess sound knowledge in supplier and contract management as well as supply chain processes; experience in purchasing electronic components is a plus.
- think strategically and analytically and are able to translate strategies into concrete measures.
- communicate and negotiate confidently in an international environment and manage stakeholders effectively.
- work in a team-oriented and goal-driven manner with a strong focus on customer needs and sustainable results.
- are willing to travel about 10%, mainly within Europe, and have very good English skills; German is an advantage.
What can you expect from us?
- We are a family-run company with great commitment and a sustainable vision.
- We promote lifelong learning through diverse training and development opportunities, internal knowledge transfer, and e-learning.
- We value a balanced work-life balance and offer flexible working hours as well as options for mobile working.
- We support sustainable mobility options such as public transport and thus facilitate your commute.
- We ensure that you work in modern premises with ergonomically equipped workstations.
- We place great importance on the well-being of our employees and offer attractive benefits as well as comprehensive health programmes.
