Brandschutz Ettiswil AG was founded in 1953 under the name Schlauchweberei Ettiswil AG and currently employs 37 staff, including two in the subsidiary company in Slovakia. Over the years, the company has earned an excellent reputation in the fields of fire protection clothing and small fire extinguishing equipment (fire extinguishers and fire posts). In addition to hose production, which today represents only one of three business areas, Brandschutz Ettiswil AG also offers trade in fire protection technology as well as services such as maintenance of handheld fire extinguishers and training. Since the renaming in 2010, the company has borne the name BRANDSCHUTZ ETTISWIL AG to better reflect its current activities.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of Fire Department Administration.

Job Objective

Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented handling of administrative and sales-related tasks in the fire department area. Support and advice for internal and external customers as well as assistance in the further development of the product range and the webshop.

Your Tasks

• Processing field service reports and offers
• Recording and handling customer orders
• Telephone and written customer advice
• Processing orders and webshop orders
• Price calculation in cooperation with purchasing
• Maintenance of assortment, products and webshop
• Participation in the optimisation of the sales offer

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in administration, ideally in the fire department or fire protection sector
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
