In this leadership role, you supervise and develop our donor contact centres and actively contribute to their support and retention. With three team leaders and a committed team, you ensure professional service and thus help to sustainably secure the blood supply.

Your tasks

• Assume overall responsibility for the donor contact centres in Bern and Sion, as well as donor administration in Bern
• Lead three team leaders and a committed team and contribute to the continuous development of the organisation
• Ensure a quality welcome and support for donors, thereby helping to sustainably secure the blood supply
• Support the digitalisation of the service and play a key role in the implementation and development of CRM systems
• Foster a rewarding and positive team culture by creating conditions conducive to service excellence

Your skills

• Holder of a business management qualification, specialising in marketing and/or communication (university, university of applied sciences or college)
• Proven experience in management and project leadership
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and a strong sense of quality
• Good command of IT tools and proven experience in managing digital projects
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills
• Very good knowledge of German and availability for regular travel to Sion
