Scope

Your contribution to success is made by taking on the following tasks:

• Creation of CAD plan documents in 2D and 3D from concept studies to execution planning
• Independent creation of site, construction, project and execution plans and detailed studies
• Site management of smaller projects, deputy site management for large projects
• Support of project management in cost control and scheduling
• Support of site management in cost calculations and measurements

You bring the following with you:

• You have completed a vocational training in construction or as a draughtsperson EFZ architecture and have already gained several years of professional experience in this field.
• Ideally, you have already successfully applied your expertise in site management, cost calculations and the preparation of tenders.
• You are proficient in common Microsoft Office programmes as well as MS Project
• Furthermore, you are also very familiar with Messerli and REVIT (2D/3D)
• Very good German and English skills
• Solution-oriented and well-organised personality
