Your Tasks
- Ensuring pedagogical and nursing care based on best practice and ethical-moral considerations
- Designing a resource-promoting milieu-therapeutic treatment setting with a strong focus on the living environment of children and adolescents
- Implementing the nursing process predominantly during the night shift (training is during the day shift)
- Support in crisis situations as well as daily life organisation
- Participation in change processes, especially in nursing-therapeutic services
Your Profile
- Completed, recognised professional training as a nurse (recognition certificate for foreign qualifications)
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage, preferably in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Willingness to actively participate in development processes
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as high resilience
