Responsibilities
- You take on the professional and personnel management of social counselling and actively shape its further development
- You specifically develop your team, promote strengths and ensure forward-looking resource and deployment planning
- As the central contact person, you represent social counselling confidently within the clinic as well as towards external partners
- You actively shape processes and contribute your ideas to cross-departmental projects
- With expertise and empathy, you support patients and their relatives in challenging life situations
- You clarify insurance and financial questions in a solution-oriented and understandable manner
- You organise sustainable follow-up solutions – from returning home to the appropriate form of housing or care
- Through your strong networking, you create viable solutions with specialist agencies, authorities and external institutions
- You actively and on an equal footing shape the interdisciplinary collaboration within the treatment team
Profile
- You have a completed degree in social work (FH/BSc) and bring several years of professional experience – ideally in healthcare
- A postgraduate qualification at master’s level is a plus and underlines your professional standards
- You are very familiar with social insurance and especially healthcare
- Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing and supporting people characterise you
- With your high social competence and communication skills, you create trust and orientation
- You appear confident and professional and convince through your structured, solution-oriented way of working
- You remain flexible, resilient and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
- Teamwork is a matter of course for you – together you achieve more
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are a plus
- You use digital tools confidently and efficiently in your daily work
