• Handling and analysis of complex incidents and service requests in the areas of workplace, collaboration, and infrastructure
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs as well as continuous improvement of support processes
• Support with rollouts, migrations, and optimization projects in the environment of other end user services
• Technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team and Group IT
• Participation in the standardization and automation of support processes
• Assuming the role of "Incident Manager" within the framework of ITSM best practices for the relevant processes
• Close collaboration with 2nd and 3rd level support (vendor, external), internal departments, and other stakeholders
• Active involvement in the introduction of new services and solutions

• Completed training in computer science (EFZ ICT specialist or platform IT specialist, HF, FH)
• Several years of professional experience (>5 years) in ICT support (1st and 2nd level), ideally in an enterprise or industrial environment
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows client, AD/AAD, endpoint management (Intune), JIRA or comparable solutions and platforms
• Knowledge in network technology and security
• Experience with agile methods and working in a dynamic environment
• Experience with ITIL-supported processes and good skills in structured error analysis
• High quality and service awareness, combined with initiative and team spirit
• Strong communication skills in German and English
