Your area of responsibility
- Administrative support of employees, including management, in the assigned area
- Independent and precise data entry including all changes in Microsoft D365 F&SCM
- Handling and monitoring all correspondence of the HR life cycle (D/F/I)
- Responsible for managing the entire payroll administration of several companies for around 800 employees
- Preparation of all withholding tax and social security statements as well as contact with authorities, compensation offices and insurance companies
- Participation in the continuous improvement of administrative HR processes
- Close cooperation and support within the HR Services team and with the HR Business Partners

What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in HR, specialising in payroll and social insurance
- At least 5 years of HRM experience in a comparable role, ideally in the construction or industrial sector
- High IT affinity and good user knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft D365 F&SCM and Excel)
- Native German speaker, very good French skills, Italian an advantage
- Quick comprehension, interconnected thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- High degree of independence, accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility and discretion
