Your tasks:
- You apply your expertise and experience competently and respectfully in basic care.
- You perceive the individual needs of the residents and fulfil them as best as possible and appreciatively.
- You support the self-determination and independence of the residents.
- You adhere to hygiene guidelines and also take on domestic tasks.
- You carry out the care documentation thoroughly and independently.
What we wish for:
- Completed training as AGS or SRK nursing assistant with experience in long-term care desired.
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team.
- Friendly and empathetic manner.
- Up-to-date professional knowledge to ensure quality-conscious and professional care and support of our residents.
- Experience in handling Lobos.
- Good German language skills, spoken and written.
