WHAT YOU DO
As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be gradually introduced to managing a store. You will learn how to lead a motivated team, create an inspiring customer experience, and effectively manage all operational processes. In doing so, you will develop your leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking together with experienced colleagues. Always with a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and commercial success.

You:

• support the implementation of a strong customer experience in the store and learn to execute visual and commercial presentations according to our standards.
• assist in analysing sales figures and budget targets and work with the team on meaningful improvements.
• help plan operational processes and staff deployment.
• are introduced to topics such as recruiting, onboarding, team leadership, and motivation, and develop your understanding of modern leadership structures.
• keep up with current fashion trends and learn how to apply this knowledge effectively in daily store operations.
• have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2 level).
• have experience in fashion retail and understand the demands of a dynamic retail environment.

Work location with deployment area in Southeast Switzerland (Buchs SG, Mels, Chur, and Davos).
