Your Tasks

• Perform measurements on fixtures and aircraft components as well as analyse and document the measurement results
• Operate measurement systems and laser trackers to inspect components, assemblies and fixtures based on technical specifications and CAD data
• Plan, coordinate and carry out inspection processes to ensure the required quality standards
• Process and follow up on quality notifications as well as support root cause analysis and implementation of measures
• Create, maintain and evaluate measurement and inspection documentation according to internal guidelines
• Use SAP and CAD systems to process, analyse and manage quality-relevant data and processes

What Convince Us

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or toolmaker, ideally supplemented by further training in quality assurance, metrology or a comparable field
• Professional experience with articulated arm or laser tracker systems in gauge and fixture construction or a comparable environment, knowledge of measurement software such as PolyWorks, SpatialAnalyzer or PC-DMIS is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical drawings, CAD systems as well as good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills at B2 level are an advantage
• Independent, precise and structured working style with a strong quality awareness, assertiveness as well as high resilience and flexibility
• Open, communicative and team-oriented personality with analytical thinking, willingness for occasional assignments abroad and a category B driving licence
