Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for various specialist and functional areas. This includes clarifying requirements with managers, creating target group-specific job advertisements, approaching suitable candidates, and conducting interviews. You assess the suitability of applicants and support managers in the selection process to attract suitable employees for our organisation.
Personnel and Leadership Development: You actively shape training sessions, workshops, and other development offerings for employees and managers. You prepare content in an understandable and practical manner, contribute your own ideas, and identify development potentials. If necessary, you also conduct training sessions and presentations yourself.
Education and Further Training: Thanks to your knowledge of the Swiss education landscape, you competently advise employees and managers on education and further training opportunities and ensure the smooth handling of administrative processes.
Additional HR Tasks: If required, you take on additional generalist HR tasks, support the team, and thus contribute to flexible collaboration and smooth operations in everyday HR work.

Experience: You bring at least two years of relevant professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field. Recruitment is part of your daily professional routine: you know the processes, conduct interviews confidently, and understand how to attract people to an organisation. Additionally, you have initial experience in co-designing or conducting training sessions and workshops as well as a basic understanding of personnel and leadership development topics.
Personality: You possess strong communication and presentation skills and feel comfortable standing in front of people and conveying content. You communicate convincingly, present professionally, and treat people as equals. You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and understand how to address different stakeholder groups.
