Deputy Ward Manager

In this exciting job

• you will deputise for the ward manager and actively contribute to the organisational management of the ward.
• you will accompany and support the staff in nursing matters and promote their professional competence in everyday life.
• you will ensure correct and comprehensible documentation in the electronic nursing documentation and accompany the BESA process.
• you will actively participate in nursing to ensure quality and practical relevance.
• you will contribute to projects and the further development of nursing concepts and standards in collaboration with the nursing expert.
• you will coordinate cooperation with general practitioners, relatives, referrers and external service providers.
• you will maintain a respectful approach to residents, relatives and the team.

You will be successful here

• because you have training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or a corresponding foreign qualification with the required SRK recognition.
• thanks to your several years of professional experience in long-term care and your in-depth expertise.
• because you have leadership training or are willing to complete this qualification promptly.
• because you like to take responsibility and have a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• because you work independently, have organisational talent and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
• due to your high social and professional competence, your communication skills and your ability to work in a team.
