Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the Group Quality & HSE area across all international locations
- Ensuring and further developing an integrated quality, environmental and safety management system in compliance with all relevant standards, regulatory requirements and customer demands (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Management and continuous optimisation of all quality-relevant processes, especially in the areas of complaint management, CAPA, change management, risk and document management
- Planning, conducting and supporting internal and external audits as well as ensuring sustainable implementation of resulting improvement measures
- Promoting a company-wide quality and safety culture as well as initiating operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives along the entire value chain
- Ensuring effective testing, measuring and production control processes to guarantee the highest quality standards and supporting departments in quality-related matters
- Competent contact person for customers, suppliers, authorities and certification bodies as well as ensuring meaningful reporting of relevant quality and HSE key figures to management and group
Your profile
- Technical or scientific degree (FH/university) or comparable training with corresponding further education in quality management
- Several years of experience in a leading quality, QEHS or operations role within a manufacturing industrial company
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Proven experience in audit management, CAPA, risk analyses as well as operational excellence and process optimisation
- Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong solution and implementation orientation
- Communicative, convincing and enthusiastic leadership personality with high social competence and hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as occasional willingness to travel
