Service Technician Loading Technology (a) 100 %

This is your job - your main tasks at Gilgen Logistics AG

• Carrying out maintenance, repairs and servicing on loading systems and door systems
• Detecting, analysing and rectifying faults on loading ramps, doors, drives, controls and safety devices
• Partly independent planning and coordination of assignments in the service area in consultation with the deployment manager
• System assessments, safety checks and defect recording during the assignment
• Carrying out adjustment, testing and commissioning work on loading and door systems
• Conducting user training and instructions on site at the customer
• Rectifying system faults
• Creating service reports, documenting the work performed and providing feedback on relevant spare parts and improvement measures
• Technical advice to customers during the assignment

These qualifications are important to us

• Technical basic training in the mechanical or electromechanical field
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and hydraulics
• Experience in maintenance, repair or troubleshooting of technical systems
• Understanding of safety functions, mechanical adjustments and electrical drives
• Driving licence B mandatory
• Very good German language skills
• Service- and team-oriented as well as efficient
• Independent, responsible and enthusiastic
• Willingness to undertake assignments at customers' premises

As a bonus, you bring

• Experience in the maintenance of door systems, loading systems, lifting platforms or similar technical systems
• Experience with safety inspections and condition assessments
• Knowledge in hydraulics, welding or metal construction technology
• Experience in direct customer service or technical field service
